Overall, nice location - just outside the railway station. Clean and Tidy.

Great location and good staff

Room is actually on the small side, but it was really good design so I don't really feel tight. The GYM is not 24/7, it starts on 6:30 am. So don't show up too early like me. Plus, you need to change to another elevetor in lobbey to go to the gym.

One of the best hotel you can stay in Taipei Wuanhua district

Clean and great facilities in the guest room, daily makeup and cleaning are extremely professional, making our room looked new every time we come back to the hotel.

The gym was nice except that it’s lacking many equipments like weights and other large instruments for people who are looking to build muscles.

Excellent location near to whatever we need.

Very good location as it’s just next to Wanhua TRA station and 5-minutes walk to Longshan Temple MRT station.

No proper table in the room except for a very small side table beside the sofa.

Central and convenient location with subway really close to the hotel. Nice gym and swimming pool.

A bit overpriced for small room, dirty windows (cannot enjoy the view) and some old elements which could be replaced air fixed into the room. Based on my experience, I felt it was more like a serviced apartment than a hotel. Also very poor communication skills of the staff (little English spoken at the reception desk), no confirmation email received when booking my room and deposit charged without any prior notification or email.... In the end the duty manager helped to solve the deposit issue and taxi booking experience for the airport was smooth.

Very Good

Breakfast are great. The hotel location is very convenient, it is 200m from the Longshan temple MRT station and next to Wanhua station. The service is very good, they gave us gifts for new year celebration which are wine and bath salts.

The rooms and bed are smaller than usual, and the table is not comfortable.

Basic but comfy

It's a relatively new, clean, well-appointed hotel. The room was small and basic, but it had three beds, which is rare, and perfect for myself and two kids. The swimming pool is also a nice touch, even in the rain it is swimmable.

Had much higher expectations for the fitness center. For a hotel of this size and stature, it was far too basic. Only cardio machines, no weights or strength training machines. The buffet breakfast had lots of food choices, both eastern and western. But the food itself was just okay, in terms of flavor. And it was basic food, not particularly creative or appealing (eg. not real cheese on offer, but plastic wrap cheese). Parking the car was a pain. They have built a huge car park (elevator type) about 200m away, but getting to that building is convoluted, and took quite a bit of time. I made the mistake of parking in the underground parking lot that is attached to the hotel. (Yup, the entrance connected to the hotel, to the left of the hotel lobby, is apparently NOT their parking lot.) I didn't find out that bit of useful information until I was checking in. Then I had to go fetch the car, and in Friday night rush hour traffic (utterly mad) I had to figure out how to get it to the car park. That whole process took 45 minutes, and was stressful.
